General Rules
- The registration fee is ₹1200 per delegate.
- Registrations must be completed exclusively through the official website: [loudext.in].
- Schools are required to submit a confirmation email listing the names of participants, sent from the institution’s official email address.
- Each school may register a maximum of 6 delegates along with one(1) International Press (IP) member and one(1) Photojournalist.
- All completed registration forms must be submitted on or before October 24.
Code of Conduct
- Any procedural disputes or concerns must be raised directly with the Chair or the Secretariat.
- Delegates are expected to demonstrate respect and courtesy towards fellow delegates, the Chairs and the Secretariat at all times.
- The time limits set by the Chair for speeches, moderated caucuses and unmoderated caucuses are binding and must be strictly adhered to.
Violations may result in warnings, disqualification, or reporting to
school authorities depending on severity.
Dress Code and Sessions Rules
- Delegates are required to wear formal Western attire or traditional attire, as instructed by their respective committees prior to the event.
- Punctuality and full attendance at all scheduled sessions are mandatory unless prior permission has been granted.
- Delegates must maintain the highest standards of decorum and diplomatic conduct at all times, refraining from personal attacks, hate speech or profanity.
